Are you looking for the perfect place to spend your vacation in Ocean City, Nj....... then look no further. 1131 Asbury Avenue is located in the heart of Ocean City. Park your car and leave it there for the week! Walk out the front door and to your right are plenty of shops, eateries and all of your favorite coffee spots like Starbucks and Ocean City Coffee company. Go to your left and have breakfast at another favorite spot in town at the Sunrise Cafe. Head up to the beach which is only 3 blocks away where you will also find the rides and amusements for the kids. Come to OCNJ in September and October for the Fall Festival, Christmas Parade in December and New Years Eve. This newly built, beautifully decorated, 3 bedroom, 2 full bath on the second floor has everything you will need for your home away from home. There are 2 queen beds, 1 full bed and 2 twin beds. There is an enclosed outdoor shower. There is a beautiful deck where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee. Don’t forget to head up to the roof top deck where you can relax and gaze at the panoramic views of OC. You will have the perfect view of 4th of July Fireworks and the Nights in Venice, just to name a few. This property is perfect for up to 2 families, girls trips, couples trip, etc. Must be 25 years old to rent and no one under that age is permitted to be left alone in the property.
